How to Send & Retrieve Yahoo Mail on Your NOKIA Symbian

The Nokia Symbian is a great phone and it has some brilliant email capabilities built into it.  In this guide we'll show you how to setup & use them. It's easy and straightforward. Now retrieve & send yahoo mail from default E-mail option of your Nokia Symbian .It doesn’t need any software. Just follow the following steps.
·         At first select Mailbox from message option.


·         Then a message will appear: No mailbox defined, Define now?
             
·         Now select Yes .So that, there will be appeared following screen…


·         Press Start. Then there will be appeared following screen…


·         Select
IMAP4
and press it to Next. You will be asked then for Your E-mail address.


·         You now must define your E-mail ID and press to Next. A message will be appeared to inform Incoming Mail Server is needed.

·         Here you have to type-
imap.n.mail.yahoo.com
and press to Next. Then you will be asked for
Outgoing mail server
.

·         Type
smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
here and press to Next. After that you will be asked to set the
Access point
.

·         Select
Always ask
and press to
Next
.Then you have to define the
mail box
name.

·         Type Yahoo! Mail or whatever you like. Select Finish.

·         Press OK.  You will see now your selected Mailbox at the mailbox name.

·         Now open it…

·         Press yes and following screen will appear there…


·         Type your E-mail address at
Mailbox user name
and password at
Mailbox

Password
. Press OK. A message will appear asking a permission to save your password.

·         Press Yes and then select access point.

·         Select your activated point & wait a while….

·         As soon as you will see your E-mail inbox, your all E-mails will be there! Now open the email and select the option to open the way!

Well done! Now if you want to bring the Bluk folder and more other folders to mailbox then go to Settings, and select E-mail
Now select the Mailbox! Then your selected mailbox name will be there! Now select Folder subscriptions from Retrieval Setting! After that it will ask you the permission to connect mailbox. Yes please! See….some of the folders is displaying there! Now select subscribe from your destined folder.

Well done! And if you want to send E-mail then type it from message option & send it. It will surely be done!
