At first go to E*trade bank.

2^nd step:

Click on open an account.

3^rd step:

Click on continue of complete investment account.

4^th step:

Click on beginning my application.

5^th step:

Mark individual account & margin account. Then click on continue.

6^th step:

Select- I am new to E*trade & click on OK.

7^th step:

This is the most difficult part. Provide a correct address of New York. Click on continue.

8^th step:

Provide tax information & click on continue.

9^th step:

Provide employment information & click on continue.

10^th step:

Provide your personal information & click on continue.

11^th, 12^th, 13^th step:

Just click on continue even without noticing anything. No problem!

14^th step:

Type your user ID & password & click on continue.

15^th step:

Now log in to E*trade bank.

16^th step:

Mark on your name & click on continue.

17^th step:

Click on acknowledgement.

18^th step:

Click on no thanks.

19^th step:

Collect your account number. Now we are going to open a payPal account. For that you have to provide all correct information about your E*trade account.
