about the admin part of WordPress.com. Here I am for remaining
discussion. Before, starting that check here for previous part of this tutorial who missed that. And I starting here for you guys, who are with me from the very beginning-

How to add new category?
It is good to publish posts category wise to arrange them
efficiently. It helps to find post easily & also increase the eye-catching
appearance of your blog.
Select “categories” from “posts” of admin panel to add any new
category.
You can create new categories from here or edit/ remove any previous category.
To add a new category, type the name you need on “Name” box &
click on “Add a new category”.
If you want create any sub-category, do that from “parent”.
Besides, if you want to add description of the category, write that on
"Description" section. However, these two are totally optional.
That’s all!
Again, if you want to delete/edit any category you will get that optionon
too on right side.
How to publish new post?
Click on “Add new” from “Post”.
Give a title for the post on “Enter title here”. And write major contents on the large box below. If you want to add any image, click on the icon- "Add media file" from Upload/insert.
“Add media”-box will come within a few sec. Drag any image file from your
computer & drop it here. Or, click on “Select Files”. Select your desired
image from computer & click on “Open”.
Your selected image will be uploaded within a few minutes. Scroll down a little. There will be some options to insert the image. For example: you can add Title, Alternate Text, Caption, Description and Link URL, change Alignment, size, etc. Once you done everything properly, click on "Insert into Post".
The image has been added to your post.

A little below there will be a “Tag” option. Add some tags depending
on the content of your post. Put comma between every tag word. Now click on
“Add”.
Atlast click on “Publish”.
That’s all! Your post has been published. In this way you can also add pages to your blog.
