After the download, extract the file with winrar and you will get a setup file. After installing, an icon will appear on the desktop. Double click on that icon and start editing your picture!

This is a freeware and you can run it on windows XP, windows 7, windows vista etc. you do not have to be bothered for the dialogue box of trial and free version. Tick on do not ask me again, which is marked red on the above image. You will not see the dialogue box again.
