Internet is now a part and parcel of our life. We can’t even think
of a day without internet. But have you ever notice your internet access is
normal or you have become an internet addicted? Check it here because it is
injurious my friend!
Answer these questions:
If you answer 'yes' to four or more of these questions, you may
have an internet addiction.
- Do you use the online services everyday without any skipping?
- Do you lose your track of time after making a connection?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, low, or tempered when attempting to stop internet use?
- Are your friends & family are continuously complaining of your too much time in front of the monitor?
- Do you deny about your attachment with the internet to family members, a therapist or others?
- Do you use it to escape from your feelings of helplessness, guilt, anxiety, depression?
- Are you spending less & less time on your meals and eats in front of the monitor?
Tips to overcome it:
- Find your other interest.
- Exercise.
- Share your problem with your friends and family.
- Make new friends and spend more time with them.
- Go for any tour with your friends.
